Frigidaire Coils

Cased And Uncased - Indoor Section

Quality, dependability, energy-efficiency, value and comfort. These are things you expect from a Frigidaire product, and is exactly what you get with our indoor coils.

When you purchase a new heat pump or air conditioner you should always replace the indoor coil. Here’s why:

  • An old, dirty coil designed for a less efficient product will prevent your outdoor unit from performing at optimum efficiency, and may even damage your new air conditioner or heat pump compressor.

  • A coil designed for a different brand has not been matched or tested with your new system, so efficiency ratings and performance can also be effected.

  • A indoor coil is typically used with a gas or oil furnace. When the furnace includes variable speed technology, the outdoor section (typically an air conditioner) will have increased energy efficiency. For example, a 13 SEER unit will become 14 SEER, with variable speed technology.

  • For 16 SEER Frigidaire air conditioners system, the indoor section usually includes the Frigidaire Coil and one of our variable speed furnaces.

It’s important to us that homeowners understand the correct Frigidaire components to make the most efficient and dependable comfort system for their family. After all, we have been comforting homes for generations.
